Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Maison Pablo!

We always aim to send out the orders as soon as possible. However, we are a small business and sometimes delivery times can be affected depending on the amount of orders we get.

For orders within the UK, we aim at having them delivered to you in 2-7 business days. For orders outside the UK it can take up to 11 days to receive your order. Please don't hesitate to email us at rebecca@maisonpablo.com if you have any questions regarding this.

Taxes on International shipping outside the UK: 
Taxes and duties may apply once your package has reached the destination. 

Please note that custom duties and taxes are non refundable by Maison Pablo Ltd. Your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
