Meet Maison Pablo

Every brand has a creation myth. Ours involves a drawer full of depressing socks.
Not bad socks, exactly. Just beige. Grey. The occasional navy. The kind you buy in multipacks and never really think about — which, when you think about it, is a strange relationship to have with something you put on your body every single day.
The idea behind Maison Pablo was simple: what if the small things were held to the same standard as the big things? What if the sock — the most overlooked item in any wardrobe — was treated with the same intention as a good coat or a considered perfume?
Playful luxury
That phrase does a lot of work for us, so it’s worth unpacking.
Luxury means made well, from good materials, with a considered design. It means a cashmere sock from Inner Mongolia that feels like a small, private extravagance every time you put it on. It means cotton woven with a glitter thread that’s just enough — not a disco ball, just a detail.
Playful means the names are good (Cucumber Sandwich, Strawberry Serve, Midnight Macaron — you’re welcome). It means the colourways are specific and a little unexpected. It means we don’t take ourselves too seriously, because the best-dressed women rarely do.
Together, these ideas describe the woman we design for. She has taste and she has a sense of humour about it. She buys things she loves, uses them, and wears them well.
Why socks? And what’s next?
Socks because they’re the most underrated canvas in fashion. The gap between trouser hem and shoe is small, but what happens there can make an entire outfit.
But Maison Pablo was always a broader idea. We’re a playful luxury accessories brand, and in August we’re expanding into scarves — designed with the same attention to material and detail, the same specificity of colour, the same intention to be beautiful without being serious about it.
More on that very soon. In the meantime: check your sock drawer.
A note on the name
Pablo is not a person. Or rather, Pablo is a mood — continental, slightly mischievous, impossible to fully pin down. Maison because everything we make feels like it should come wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon, from somewhere on a very good street.
You’re in the right place.
